As the transfer portal continues to shift, a few arms are rising quickly on our PitchGrade radar. Based on updated performance and pitch metrics, these pitchers are trending up and drawing interest from high-level D1 programs:

1. B. Moore (RHP, Virginia)

Portal Grade: 64 | Stuff: 61 | Performance: 68

ACC-tested righty with standout pitch data. Moore features a 2920+ rpm slider (48% whiff), an efficient fastball, and a 2.36 FIP. He’s the top remaining Friday-type starter available in the portal.

2. T. Baker (RHP, UNC Wilmington)

Portal Grade: 62 | Stuff: 54 | Performance: 70

Senior RHP with elite efficiency and command. Baker posted a 0.99 WHIP and 2.62 FIP this season, with a 55-grade changeup and solid strikeout-to-walk ratio. Ideal target for mid-majors or Power 5 depth.

3. C. Higgins (LHP, Western Kentucky)
